Hold Harmless, Assumption of Risk, and Liability Waiver
By registering, participating in, attending, or otherwise engaging with any Mason Outdoor Expo (“MOE”) event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in events hosted by MOE—including but not limited to vendor operations, equipment use, vehicle displays, motorsport activities (including SXS rodeo events), and general attendance—may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen hazards.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Mason Outdoor Expo, its owners, organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or expense that may occur as a result of your participation or attendance.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mason Outdoor Expo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your actions, participation, or violation of event rules.
4. Personal Responsibility
You agree to:
Mason Outdoor Expo is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, equipment, or vehicles.
6. Medical Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that MOE does not provide medical insurance or coverage. You are responsible for your own medical care and expenses in the event of injury.
7. Media Release
By attending or participating, you grant permission to Mason Outdoor Expo to use photos, videos, or recordings of you, your vehicle, or your participation for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
8. Applicability of Terms
These terms apply to all current and future participants, vendors, and attendees.
For individuals who registered or participated prior to the publication of these terms, continued participation, communication, or engagement with MOE constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Acknowledgment
By submitting any form on this website, registering for an event, or attending MOE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
